Tracking shows that my order has delivered but it's not here?Updated 15 days ago

We've seen instances where the tracking shows the package was delivered, when in fact it is still sitting at your local post office, waiting to be picked up by your mail carrier. 

It is also possible that your order was delivered to a neighbor in error. Please allow a day or two for any mis-delivered package to be returned to the carrier and delivered back to you. 

We recommend contacting your local post office as they will be able to connect you with your local mail carrier. Your post office will be able to look this up and help identify if it was accidentally delivered to the incorrect address.
