I see a label has been created when I click my tracking link, but there is no movement. Where is my package?Updated 4 months ago
Sometimes shipping carriers will create a label in advance to prepare the package for transit. It can take more than 48 hours after the label was created before your order ships. You may also reach out to the carrier directly for more information.
We also want to note that the status of the tracking may read "label created" and it could be in the hands of the carrier, just not yet scanned into the carrier's facility.
If more than 72 hours have passed and no movement has occurred, please reach out to your local carrier, or our Customer Success Team for assistance.
Note: Our Shipping Team does not work over most weekends at this time. Orders placed on the weekend likely will not show movement until Monday or Tuesday.
