First, log in to your account by navigating to https://shop.forefronthealth.com and clicking on the “Get Rewards” button on the bottom left hand corner of your screen.

*Note: Make sure to use the same email you used during checkout.

Once you’ve logged in, your account balance will appear at the top of the launcher. Scroll down and click on “All rewards” at which point a “Redeem” button will appear.

*Note: If you have not accrued enough points yet, you will not see a “Redeem” button.

Upon clicking “Redeem”, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to “Apply code”, which will automatically apply the code to the checkout.

*Note: Depending on the amount of points you have accrued, you might have to move the little slider to determine how many points you wish to use at this time.
